Filmmaker Bio

Anne Golden is a writer and Artistic Director of Groupe Intervention Vidéo (GIV). Her programs have screened at the Musée National du Québec, Edges Festival, Queer City Cinema and I+N. She teaches Media Arts at John Abbott College and has written for FUSE and Canadian Theatre Review. Author of From the Archives of Vidéo Populaires (2016), she has directed over twenty videos, including Les Autres (1991), Fat Chance (1994), Big Girl Town (1998) and The Horror Cycle (2016, 2018) The Hall (2019), Rebound (2020) et The Hunter (2020), among others.
