TICKETS & PASSES
What types of tickets are available?
- Online Screening Ticket
Grants access to a single online film.
- In-Person Ticket
Grants access to a single in-venue screening.
- Festival Pass
Grants access to multiple screenings, either online, offline, or both — depending on the type of pass purchased.
IN-PERSON ACCESS
How do I use a pass or ticket for in-person screenings?
- You may enter directly with your pass or ticket at the venue.
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Arriving early is strongly recommended.
Can I reserve a seat in advance?
Yes — passholders can reserve tickets in advance via the online schedule:
- Browse the screening schedule.
- Select the film.
- Add the ticket to your cart.
- Use your pass as the payment method at checkout.
Is my seat guaranteed?
Seats are only guaranteed if reserved in advance.
If you attend without a reservation, entry is subject to venue capacity.
What if I arrive late?
Unclaimed seats may be released once the screening begins. We strongly advise arriving on time.
How do I present my ticket or pass at the venue?
You may show a digital or printed copy at the entrance.
Is recording allowed?
No. Audio, video, and photo recording during screenings is strictly prohibited.
ONLINE ACCESS
Where do I find my online films?
Log in to your account and go to My Tickets → Streaming Access.
Each screening will show:
- Film title
- Voucher code
- Time remaining to watch
How do I watch a film online?
- Click Watch from your My Tickets section.
- This opens the player directly in your browser.
- You can also use a voucher code on supported apps (e.g. Roku, Apple TV).
What is a voucher code?
It’s a single-use access code linked to your screening.
Important: The 72-hour viewing window starts after the voucher is redeemed, not after purchase.
How long do I have to watch a film?
You have 72 hours from the moment you redeem your voucher.
Can I pause or restart the film during the 72-hour window?
Yes. You can stop and resume watching at any time within that period.
Which devices can I use?
Desktop, mobile, Roku, and Apple TV are supported.

What can I access with a pass?
Depending on the type of pass, you may have:
- In-person access
- Online access
- Or both
How do I use my pass to attend screenings?
- Use it to enter venues without booking (arrive early).
- Or reserve a ticket in advance using your pass online.
Can someone else use my pass?
No — passes are linked to your account and are not transferable.
Are there any limitations with a pass?
Access is subject to venue capacity. Streaming access follows the same 72-hour redemption window per voucher.
TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTING
I can’t find my film or ticket. What should I do?
- Double-check your login and purchase confirmation email.
- Wait a few minutes after purchase — tickets may take time to appear.
- If it still doesn’t show up, use the Contact Us form.
My voucher isn’t working.
- Ensure it hasn’t already been redeemed.
- Vouchers are single-use.
- Check for typos if entering manually.
