TICKETS & PASSES

What types of tickets are available?

  • Online Screening Ticket

Grants access to a single online film.

  • In-Person Ticket

Grants access to a single in-venue screening.

  • Festival Pass

Grants access to multiple screenings, either online, offline, or both — depending on the type of pass purchased.

IN-PERSON ACCESS

How do I use a pass or ticket for in-person screenings?

  • You may enter directly with your pass or ticket at the venue.
  • Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Arriving early is strongly recommended.

Can I reserve a seat in advance?

Yes — passholders can reserve tickets in advance via the online schedule:

  1. Browse the screening schedule.
  2. Select the film.
  3. Add the ticket to your cart.
  4. Use your pass as the payment method at checkout.

Is my seat guaranteed?

Seats are only guaranteed if reserved in advance.

If you attend without a reservation, entry is subject to venue capacity.

What if I arrive late?

Unclaimed seats may be released once the screening begins. We strongly advise arriving on time.

How do I present my ticket or pass at the venue?

You may show a digital or printed copy at the entrance.

Is recording allowed?

No. Audio, video, and photo recording during screenings is strictly prohibited.

ONLINE ACCESS

Where do I find my online films?

Log in to your account and go to My Tickets → Streaming Access.

Each screening will show:

  • Film title
  • Voucher code
  • Time remaining to watch

How do I watch a film online?

  • Click Watch from your My Tickets section.
  • This opens the player directly in your browser.
  • You can also use a voucher code on supported apps (e.g. Roku, Apple TV).

What is a voucher code?

It’s a single-use access code linked to your screening.

Important: The 72-hour viewing window starts after the voucher is redeemed, not after purchase.

How long do I have to watch a film?

You have 72 hours from the moment you redeem your voucher.

Can I pause or restart the film during the 72-hour window?

Yes. You can stop and resume watching at any time within that period.

Which devices can I use?

Desktop, mobile, Roku, and Apple TV are supported.

PASSES

What can I access with a pass?

Depending on the type of pass, you may have:

  • In-person access
  • Online access
  • Or both

How do I use my pass to attend screenings?

  • Use it to enter venues without booking (arrive early).
  • Or reserve a ticket in advance using your pass online.

Can someone else use my pass?

No — passes are linked to your account and are not transferable.

Are there any limitations with a pass?

Access is subject to venue capacity. Streaming access follows the same 72-hour redemption window per voucher.
